Finding help and hope in talents

The Puerta family fights for their dreams and to give their children a better future. Leaving Venezuela was not easy, but being in another country is even more difficult. 

It takes a lot of courage to get out and at the same time perseverance to continue. Hard work is the only option for many Venezuelans who survive as best they can. This reality fell to the Puerta family who are looking for a way to progress in the midst of so many vicissitudes and mistakes. 

Although for most Venezuelans being in another country represents great changes, many are willing to work in any area to survive. The efforts can be immense and still not get the daily food. 

The Puerta family does not escape this reality and they spend their days looking for a way to meet their needs. In the country where they are located, you do not have many opportunities to work legally. So they thought about harnessing their talents to generate income from home. 

With his experience making cakes and ice cream, he was clear that he could develop that business and sell his products to other people. The bakery was going to help him support his children. 

However, Sister Puerta did not have the resources to start a business of her own. Buying them meant leaving their children without food and that was not the best option. 

Hope didn’t die 

Sister Noris contacted Operation family Freedom for help starting her business. In the first instance, we didn’t have the amount she needed, so we put her on a waiting list until we could help her. 

Although she decided to wait, Sister Puerta had great faith that she could receive the grant. She prayed a lot for that help, as she continued to look for ways to bring food home. 

Many Venezuelans are in adverse situations that they have not managed to overcome and are desperately looking for something to help them continue. Sister Puerta’s case is one of many that are spread throughout the world. 

Thanks to some donations received, we were able to give a grant to Sister Puerta to buy supplies for her cake and ice cream business. 

They are currently working on their business, thanks to the fact that they were able to buy everything necessary to make the sweets and cakes. They shared that their economic situation has improved and they have also been able to help another family thanks to the donation received. 

Now they feel a little more secure in being able to meet their needs and support their children. Your endeavor is on the right track and we are very happy to know that you are helping others who are going through difficult situations.

The Puerta family is grateful for the help. They were able to improve their living conditions and continue to progress together. 

In most cases, Venezuelans have great talents and only need a little help to start a small business. The situation forces them to do very hard jobs for very little money, so they cannot progress as they should. 

Many cling to their faith and hope that someone can help them on that path, therefore, Operation Family Freedom seeks to help everyone it can, through those people who make their donations. 

The living conditions that plague Venezuelans cannot escape the sight of the most generous and just as Sister Puerta was blessed with that contribution, there are others who eagerly await a miracle in their lives. Relief can come and allow many to hope for a better future. 

The Puerta family was able to have the support when they needed it and we know that their faith increased to continue striving in the midst of difficulties.
